1. How do I know my proper size before purchasing a bracelet?

To measure at home, you can use a tape measure and attach your measurements in (CM /IN) if not displayed in the table above.  Your measurement must be in Inches or centimeters.

2. What are the best ways to care for my new bracelet?

Some of our products contain earth stones and stainless steel. WristSource is committed to providing durable quality materials.

Following these tips will maintain the longevity and the cleanliness of your bracelet.

Here’s some tips on how to keep your jewelry clean and polished:

• Wait for body lotions, oils, perfumes or colognes to settle on your skin before wearing your handmade jewelry.
• Avoid performing physical activity, bathing, sweating, or sleeping while wearing stone jewelry.
• Keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or somewhere protected when you're not using it.
• Keep your jewelry away from chemicals that may react with metals.
• Use mild soap and a damp cotton cloth to clean smudges with stainless steel jewelry or and gold pendants.

4. How long does it take to receive my item from the day of purchase? 

From the date of purchasing your bracelet it takes:

• 4-6 days of processing time - including making the bracelets and any customizations necessary.
• Shipping time will depend on which shipping option you select at checkout (NOT INCLUDING the 4-6 day processing time)
